Our Founders

 With 17 years of experience as a dance instructor and choreographer, Alepha was the driving force behind an award-winning K-12 dance program at Sallie B Howard School of Arts and Science in Wilson, NC. Her  journey began in 2006 when she graduated from East Carolina University with a BFA in Dance Education. Armed with knowledge and a fiery spirit, she embarked on a mission to make dance accessible and enriching for all.   Years of dedication yielded remarkable results. Alepha's program earned numerous awards, a testament to her ability to inspire excellence and ignite creativity in her students.  

For over 11 years, Michelle was an award-winning K-12 dance instructor at Sallie B Howard School for the Arts and Science. Her passion also extended to the private studio setting where she garnered additional trophies as instructor and choreographer at Tippy Toes Dance Studio. Michelle's  journey began in her earliest years, where she found her voice in Ballet. The precision and demanding technique of pointe, specifically, became her special domain.  In 2012, she graduated from East Carolina University with a double degree – a BFA in Dance Education and a BA in English. This unique blend of movement and language manifests in her teaching, where she weaves storytelling into choreography.
